Are you on track for FinSA & FinIA?

By Émilie Tränkner

ACOLIN developed an online solution accessible to everybody. Based on a very simple and short questionnaire (multiple choice questions), we give you a clear and quick answer on what you need to be compliant with FinIA/FinSA (ombudsman, register of advisors, representative…).

As usual, besides of this tool, our team of specialists is available to answer any questions you may have.

Due to the COVID-19 environment, the initial implementation of the market requirements for the new Swiss laws have been delayed. FINMA may approve the client advisor registers mid of this year, same schedule for the Federal Department of Finance and the approval of the ombudsman offices.
