ACOLIN InfoTech AG founds subsidiary in Serbia to reinforce IT resources

Digital transformation in financial services and impacting the industry significantly. To address this, ACOLIN is dedicating significant resources to becoming a more technology-led company and last year ACOLIN merged its technology business unit with a new subsidiary, ACOLIN InfoTech AG.

In order to manage the increasing internal and external pressures on technology resource, ACOLIN InfoTech will become a fully owned daughter company of Belgrade, ACOLIN InfoTech d.o.o.. The new company is managed by Borko Jovanovic, a highly experienced IT specialist and entrepreneur. The company aims to support ACOLIN InfoTech in data and document management but also application development.

The step taken by ACOLIN’s management is grounded in the conviction that it is crucial to establish an inhouse IT support & development team to keep up with the enormous speed of change and to fulfil company-specific requirements with both high quality and fast time to market.
