ACOLIN InfoTech AG founds subsidiary in Serbia to reinforce IT resources

The digital transformation has a massive impact on the whole finance industry. Thus ACOLIN devotes enormous resources to be a modern technology driven service provider. Last year ACOLIN merged its technological activities in the new subsidiary ACOLIN InfoTech AG.

In order to manage the increasing internal and extern requirements, ACOLIN InfoTech lately founded a fully owned daughter company in Belgrade, ACOLIN InfoTech d.o.o.. The new company is managed by Borko Jovanovic, a highly experienced IT specialist and entrepreneur. The company aims to support ACOLIN InfoTech in data and document management but also application development.

The step taken by ACOLIN's management is grounded in the conviction that it is crucial to establish an inhouse IT support & development team to keep up with the enormous speed of change and to fulfil company-specific requirements with both high quality and fast time to market.
