A clear and open application process
We process all applications via our online career site. Your entry point is via the corresponding job ad. You can upload your documents conveniently under Apply now [add link]. Your documents will be available to us immediately at a glance.
We will confirm that we have received your application and will kindly ask for your patience. We will always keep you informed about the status of your application.
Your application will be compared to the job requirements. If your profile meets the position’s criteria, your documentation will be presented to the hiring manager for discussion. Any open questions that may arise will be clarified by the HR department directly with you.
The hiring manager together with HR will invite you to a first personal interview at the respective ACOLIN office.
After this first meeting an external assessment might take place, depending on your future role within the organisation.
With your consent we will obtain reference information about you. In a second interview you will meet your prospective team members. They will also have a say in this process.
If a positive decision about your application is made, we will inform you as soon as possible and make you an offer. You will receive your new employment contract, job description and our Rules & Regulations, and we will prepare your induction program.
HR and your line manager will accompany you from your first day at ACOLIN and throughout your training period. We will make sure that you feel welcome and integrated.
