We process all applications via our online career site. Your entry point is via the corresponding job ad. You can upload your documents conveniently under apply now. Your documents will be available to us immediately at a glance.

​We will confirm that we have received your application and will kindly ask for your patience. We will always keep you informed about the status of your application.​

Your application will be compared to the job requirements. If your profile meets the position, your documentation will be presented to the Line Manager for discussion. Any open questions that may arise will be clarified by the HR department directly with you.

​The Manager together with HR will invite you to a first personal interview at the respective ACOLIN office.​

After this first meeting an external assessment might take place, depending on the importance of your future role within the organisation.

​With your consent we will obtain reference information about you.​ In a second interview you will meet your prospective team members. They will also have a say in this process.​

If a positive decision about your application is made, we will inform you as soon as possible and make you an offer. Should another candidate match the profile better, you will also be informed, and your application will be deleted after the necessary amount of time. You will receive your new employment contract, job description and ACOLIN’s Rules & Regulations, and we will prepare your induction program.​

HR and your Line Manager will accompany you from your first day at ACOLIN throughout your training period and will make sure that you feel welcome and integrated.


no speculative CV`s from agencies

ACOLIN sources candidates directly and as such does not accept speculative CV’s from agencies.

We do, however, work with a defined list of preferred suppliers who may be invited to support us in sourcing candidates for particular roles. This means ACOLIN only pays agency fees where there is a signed agreement in place and an agency has been instructed by the ACOLIN HR recruitment team on a specific role.

We do not pay agency fees where speculative and unsolicited CV’s are submitted to ACOLIN or its employees by any means other than through our recruitment team, following an instruction. Where this is not observed, ACOLIN reserves the right to contact these candidates directly and initiate discussions without payment or any agency fee. Submission of any unsolicited CV’s and proposals to ACOLIN will be deemed evidence of full and unlimited acceptance of this Agency policy.
